A bit about the baker
 

Hello! I'm Alanna Ti'a, the pale one in the middle..haha. I am thrilled to have you here! Come and get cozy, put your feet up, and let me serve you. 

Since I got married in 1995, I had a mission to teach myself how to cook and bake; how to cook and bake well! Through the years, I have baked all of my kids’ birthday cakes, trifles, cheesecakes, and desserts. Any thing they wanted.

Along the way, I made my sister’s wedding cake! She wanted a lemon cake with mango filling. It was scrumptious! I can still taste it. Mmmmmm…

Fast forward a few more years and my oldest was getting married, so I made her wedding cake. Simple but classic chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream with a smooth white design. All from scratch. Yum!

It was then that I chose to pivot from what I had been doing (long story, but ask if you’re curious) to opening a home bakery. Within a few months, I was up and running; figuring things out as I grew. I’m still figuring things out, but that’s how it goes with owning a business.

I have degrees from the Universities of YouTube and Instagram. ;) I also have many credit hours in various Blogs. I’ve worked hard and spent many, many hours finding and developing the perfect recipes to bring to you. I’m constantly striving to bring more and better to Mid-Missouri.
