Homemade coconut pecan custard is sandwiched between 3 layers of decadent chocolate cake and frosted with chocolate Swiss Meringue buttercream. Garnished with oven toasted pecans and topped with more coconut pecan custard.
Black Forest:
This is a special favorite of some. Decadent chocolate cake filled with sweetened tart cherries slathered in creamy swiss meringue buttercream, flecked with shaved dark chocolate, topped with a mound of cherries.

Based on the all time American Favorite ice cream popsicle, this amazing cake has layers of Strawberry Cake/ Strawberry Buttercream Filled/ Vanilla Frosted/ Strawberry and cookie Crumb Coated / piped and topped with fresh cut strawberries. Not crunchy though!
